If you haven't heard it, it's out there, and it's 72 tracks in total, most of which I've never heard anywhere in game.

This suggests to me that the game was originally intended to be much, MUCH bigger than when it launched, and that a lot of that planned content will no doubt still be in the pipe.

Also, the chocobo theme is nothing shy of breathtaking...

Unfortunately no. We own the license to use the game, but we don't own the game. That means we aren't entitled to own the soundtrack, I'm afraid.

Incorrect -- buying the soundtrack means you own it; A lot of that was ripped from the Alpha version of the game last year.

If I'll be honest I hate the sound track, its too popy and dancy and way to realistic. It doesnt have a game feel, it feels like something you might hear on a TV show or short movie, maybe im just used to the old stuff but I really dislike it. I've already swapped out pretty much all the tracks (all the ones i hear most of the time in game).

I think there is 1 song i like which is mistbeard cove. (3e)

Thats a rush if anything, shame the game didnt quite turn out to be that exciting thou.
