PS3 limitations.
Due to the extra room on their servers, as well as the extra data transferred, no new gear sets will be added ever with the release of new classes and / or jobs.
In order for this extra data to be in memory, they would need to remove some other UI piece. Like the map.
Titles will be forced displayed per gear set, with no option to turn off titles, as, like gear, /visor, and everything else, it cannot be hidden.
The Emperor's New Title can be purchased through the online store in a follow up patch.
I just have titles turned off except for friends. And I use a generic one, The Strategist, that kinda works no matter what I am currently playing.
MANTASTIC: I got 1017 problems, but playing FFXIV ain't one.
Llyren: Lala Tanks hit point density levels attract small planets

PS4 limitations as well. Gearsets/macros/hotbars are not stored on the server at all, so technically SE could allow for unlimited ones. Too bad PS3 has low memory and there is a cap to savedata size. PS4 has the memory but there is a savedata cap. Too bad SE is unwilling to give PC players such an "edge" over consoles.
The savedata would have to handle which title to have the server assign you as well, if this was to be implemented. Yes, the PS4 limitations are already here. \o/Both gear set information and hotbar information is saved locally on hard drives for PC and PS3/4. When saving information locally, it’s possible to save a larger amount of information than when saving on the server, but for the PS3/4 there are limitations on the size of saved files due to the file backup service and other related aspects.
(The size is very small.)

Great idea. I completely removed my title because I cannot decide which to use as each situation is best suited buy a different title.
