Just sitting there for hours and hours lengthening everyone's que times by doing nothing.

The entitlement is real. I'm not here to make your queue times shorter, thank you very much. If I choose to AFK in town as a Paladin, that's up to me. It's no different than if I were out in the open world fishing or in my FC house crafting. My time on this game is just that - my time. I'll queue when I want to get something done.

If you want shorter queue times, try rolling something besides DPS.

I prefer to DPS/Heal stuff a lot of the time when I have Tanked in DF the DPS is beyond awful making the run 15 minutes longer than it should be.
Can't do anything about it because you point out someone's doing subpar DPS suggest using X with Y they'll report you for using a parser and probably try to kick you despite it being that obvious.

It's easier to make up for folks lack of skill as a DPS/Healer but even then you'll still get people going 'Don't AOE' despite the fact you just pulled a ton of mobs and 'No Holy' because I'm too scared of seeing my health dip past 75%.

"Why didn't you kill the add in time? Omg"
"Lol why are you hitting adds just ignore them."
"Do some AoE ffs."
"Don't AoE/multidot. Only hit the marked target."

"Wtf singing in dungeons, just stop. We don't need it."

I have heard all of them. It's not always simple.

You don't get many tanks in duty finder because of this:

Expert roulette - "you are not pulling enough", "wear STR accessories"
Levelling roulette - "don't pull those enemies", "speed up", I want to kill them all", "I'll pull these enemies for you"
Main Scenario - "Don't you know the shortcuts?" "run past these mobs and click that button"

Yeaaa right it is true that there are some rude to the tank {a healer told me to pull my balls out of my hole and tank more the other day :P} I just ignored them. But as a healer as well so many times ill run into a tank that won't ask me how many pulls id like they just pull everything and expect me to go with there flow is that not rude? point tanks job is no harder then a healers

I was trying to show that the same person can get criticized for low dps and in the next dungeon (or even the same dungeon) get criticized for pulling hate (=too much dps). In fact there was a post somewhere recently where a dps asked what he should have done, when he got told by the tank that he had low dps at the same time as he was almost pulling hate.

The context: I was replying to a person who thinks the dps role never has to worry about feedback. That is false. I don't quite understand why you would cherry-pick one sentence without taking into account what I was talking about. I'd rather not start a spin-off debate about the various forms of justified and unjustified feedback and the different ways of delivering the feedback.

I tank and heal. I almost never go into a DF grp alone. The dps in my fc and ls's are happy to leech my ques.

But OP, you're a WAR... or a MRD anyway... what exactly are you complaining about? WAR is practically a DPS class anyway that just gets the benefit of the tank queue.

Either way, sorry, I don't play this game for the express purpose of making DF queues shorter. I leveled a WHM alt lately and decided to gear it entirely through frontlines rather than do 50 runs of Neverreap/Fractal. Way more fun and less stressful too.

just in recent days started to level Dark Knight (lvl 41 atm) based on what i have come across i will doubt I will do anything higher than Leveling DR since most of the bad element seem to occupy the upper 2 DR's
