    There's only a few abilities that have absolutely 100% zero use, but there are alot that are generally useless save for a few niche scenarios.

    Bard:
    Shadowbind
    Warden's paeon
    Wide Volley (100% completely useless)

    Astrologian:
    the spear
    nocturnal sect
    collective unconscious
    celestial opposition

    BRD puts Warden's Paeon immediately on WAR. Healer never needs to do a thing.

    Collective unconcious is pretty good after the fix making its regen a heal over time. Its basically a mana free aoe WHM's Regen
