This should be a full group of 8 all in the FC to count. Why did this change? This does not make sense.
How does 6 FC members + 2 randoms = FC group? Groups could take in random members to get their FC on the board.
The LS option was added to allow players not in the same FC to post here.
I would like to see this changed. It has been a rule the last two years. We work hard to have a raiding community in the FC, this takes away from it.

It changed to reflect the most common rule set I found within the NA/EU servers. To be honest I don't think it takes away from any groups who are 8/8 FC, it opens up the thread to more fcs who might need that extra person to join. Being denied access to claim kills because of 7 FC 1 not or 6 FC 2 not isn't right and has happened to quite a few groups here. They were either forced to make it a linkshell group or deny anyone who won't join their fc. It makes the server's raiding community smaller by being judgmental and assuming that those kind of clears are 'not as good' as a full fc group. No one is telling anyone that you have to be 6 fc or anything, it's just an option. This should be a full group of 8 all in the FC to count. Why did this change?

I totally agree with this and have been thinking the same thing since malum took over the thread ( no disrespect you're doing a great job) it should be full fc or ls just my two cents
I would love to discuss the 6/8 FC group ingame before a bunch of people start scrambling to make their opinions known on this thread.
Edit: the comments below are exactly what I'm talking about. Thank you Leviathan.

While you are at it you guys can go fight Lucrezia about whether their world 1st and world 2nd kills from FCoB and Alexander savage should be credited under the Lucrezia name. T10-T13 all featured a BRD not in the FC. A4 featured a WAR not in the FC. Bring out your pitchforks.
I don't understand how other groups listing 7/8 as a FC clear is such a big deal and takes away from full FC statics. This does not take away from any full FC groups.
Malum is right and forcing full FC in the progression thread pressures groups to force players into their FC and pressures players to join FCs that they may not want to join. Forcing players to join your FC to raid is your choice but don't try to force that onto other groups.
Lets just state this: Malum has put in his Time and effort to keep this up to date, Which I will thank you for. If you dont like how he is running it, then DONT POST. Simple as that. "If you arent First, Your Last"-"Ricky Bobbie". So lets deal with the rules that Have been put in place and move on. K Thx Bye![]()
I agree 100% with Malum and the rest of the guys. 6/8 FC members is an FC... who are you kidding here...Certainly the other 2 or 1 member wouldn't have cleared alone or in pug world for server top 5.
Having to dick out a members talents and efforts because he isn't in an FC is ridiculous. If rules were up to me(they aren't) I would include members individually with a shout out to the FCs.
Either way, GL to everyone
