You can get two springs per week or one spring and one shaft per week, though if you are only rolling this one class for a good while and potentially doing savage (I haven't attempted because I'm a dirty casual =D) you could also supplement with esoteric time gear which is i200 and would take probably just as long but less of a headache in duty finder ^^
