Suggestion in Pricing New Housing Wards Plots

I think individual apartment units for players who don't have a FC where they can purchase a house but who still want to decorate things would be an acceptable addition (plus the new Ishgard housing wards.) I was thinking that was the plan with the Habisphere in Azys Lla, but perhaps that was wishful thinking. A room the size of a FC personal room, with a small (outside) balcony that has room for a garden and a chocobo stable, and which can be accessed by anyone on your friend's list that wants to visit, or anyone who is in your party (like how it worked in XI.) That way the UI doesn't become insanely cluttered. There could be a central lobby area with a market board and summoning bell, and when you teleport to your "house" you land there, giving a communal social space.

Apparently they're all the same instance, as evidenced by people occasionally locked out houses on Balmung because the "zone" is full.

Whoever designed their instance structure was drunk, on drugs, both, or... well.

Why should we settle for a tiny room? If they went instance, they could easily instance the entire house, inside outside, in all three sizes. Seriously, SE, just look at WildStar. Ask Carbine how they structure their instances or something. Take cues from their customization and the visiting UI. You will have a far better product.

I was tossing that out there as an option for people without free companies, but whatever. I'd be okay with instanced mansions too. Sure. Why not. SE will never give them to us, but let's aim high.

I'll agree, Wildstar's housing was the one thing that game got right. I hated every other aspect of it in every single version I played (from the 2nd beta onward) but housing was okay.

XI's housing didn't even let people visit until the game was 7 years old, though. In comparison to that, XIV's has been pretty nice.
