    Actually, leveling the other Gatherers IS a solution. It is, in fact, the only solution, regardless of its palatability. The only other option, which is not really a solution at all because it does not address the problem, is to maintain the status quo, which is clearly not desirable. If it was, there would not be a problem requiring a solution, after all.
