I thought about this too but then I remember the bots at the aetherites exploiting the current leve link system and gaining rank/skill just by standing there. Whats to stop people from doing this with DoH/L if such system were implemented? I think it's a great idea so long as its not something you can exploit so easily.

Regardless of the fact if something like this is in place or not the bots and RMT will find a way to exploit in the game. As you pointed out... they already make tons of characters, get into an 8 man party and exploit the battle bonus. If we let the bots and RMTs dictate the way the game should be played and what they can or can't exploit SE would have to take everything out of the game. Then what fun would their be?
