WHMs are not in any way weaker than they were before the patch.

I'd agree with you but the fact remains "they" are players who are still newish 60 on a single healing job, if that, and do not actually raid. They are still stuck in the 2.X mindset of healing and the fact these buffs have been spotlighted outshine the fact they have yet to explore the full potential of their own main.

Assize, 300 potency free heal AND aoe damage AND 10% mana restore? Yes, plz.
