If you log into the Mogstation does it show up on your service account that you have PS4 or not?

If it doesn't then you probably need to contact SE (these forums are only really for customers to help other customers, not official support), but if it does show up then it's possibly a problem Sony's side and you'll need to contact them instead as SE will probably send you there so it'll save time to contact them first. Sorry never tried to contact them so I don't know how to do that.
