What does everyone think about those AST buffs?

I'm testing them in game with the exact same gear, and adding 130% to my A.Bene's is about 100 healing~ less than doubling Adlo. If I'm doing my math wrong, then I'm wrong. But it seems to me that A.Bene is still weaker.

Healing is weaker. Shields are stronger. Total potency is higher.

You might see a heal of 1000, but your shield on aspected benefic is now 1300.
