I think it's also important to point out that F'lhaminn has Keeper of the Moon physical traits but a Seeker of the Sun name. It could be much the same thing, since it's already confirmed as possible for Hellsguard to not have the nose patch.

Curious Gorge and Broken Mountain already come to mind on this, I'd like to think it's based where you are born... Heat and climate are also large factors for skin as well, with ones native to Limsa having a more lighter green hue than those who are from parts elsewhere.

I recall the Serpent Reaver roegadyns were often pale blue.

moenbrya is a seawolf, i thought she was a highlander??????? yea i would say more like a mix race then anything, we have already see half-Elezen races so i would think that their can be half-Roe

Sorry to necro thread- What skin tone do you use for your character in your picture? Could you put up a screenie with which box it is? thanks!
Hello there has been a question that has been on my mind for a while.
Is any other skincolor besides Green extremely rare for Seawolf Roegadyn?
I've noticed almost every Seawolf NPC have very light Green or Dark Green Skintones.
There are a few I noticed with different skintones, for example the admirals very pale skin or Moenbryda's very Hyur like skintone (although i'm not 100% sure if Moenbryda is a seawolf)

Looking at the character data, Merlwyb and Moenbryda actually use the same (inaccessible-to-players) skin colour.
Also, Curious Gorge is an odd case, because canonically he's a Hellsguard but his model is a Sea Wolf with a custom skin colour.
Something that does bug me is that the green-skinned Roegadyn still have visibly peach-coloured skin in some spots, like close around the eyes, inside the ear, and fingertips. I assume the selected colour on the palette gets added to a "base layer" of skin appearance that has a bit of variation and this unchangeable peach colour built into it, but it seems really strange as a design choice.

My personal theory on why they look like that is less lore and more that it seems like every good character that we’re supposed to relate to has a more human and/or paler skin tone.
Atelloune is one of the very few duskwight NPCs, but has pale skin. Zhloe and Khloe are seekers of the moon and have pale skin instead of blue as well, like most moon seekers we interact with except for one soldier. Then we have the Azim Steppe where nearly every au ra is blue skinned except Cirina and she’s the “good guy” xaela. Her skin tone doesn’t even show in any other Mol.
But I could be looking too into this.

That might have some merit, but not for the reason you think. The lighting in this game can be really funky sometimes, and oftentimes, the only skin tones that look good in all the different lighting types are those with light skin. I've seen pictures of very dark-skinned characters in really dark environments and it doesn't look good. Whereas lighter-skinned characters will show up in every lighting.
