Zeta users will be given "consideration" is all that was mentioned.

As far as I am concerned, we already have our consideration from the glamour options we now have available to purchase.

I still believe Zeta's can be used as the base for the weapon.
Like use a crafted weapon with materia in it or a Zeta.
And Zeta stats would carry over if you use a Zeta.
