I had posted earlier about Brynhildr's spawn of Senmurv. In my video it spawns exactly after Cerf's Up completion in clear weather.

I know this does not clearly prove that this is the trigger, but now there are two videos showing a spawn after the fate's completion. It is worth strong consideration.
