Might report it directly to se or see if on the event page a email to report? Not sure.

I don't really think it matters if it's disqualified or not, there's likely to be several dozen, or even possibly hundreds sent in with that exact same hairstyle. That goes for every important Kingdom Hearts/Final Fantasy character. :x
Also the "The Fade" one, since it's ripped straight from a well known infographic.

This just makes me even more saltier that at least two of the designs they showed were stolen. D:<
You might want to add it to your original post, Grimmel.

This is repulsive that people would think to submit others works.
The female entries that they showcased were not like these two male submissions.
Let me remind those of you of the strict rules of entries listed by Square-Enix themselves.
The entry must be of the users OWN and ORIGINAL design.

Hmm Short Bob for female.
How could he submit a hairstyle (Roxas') that was designed by Square Enix employee? It should be disqualified anyway.

Slightly off/on topic at the same time but... this is extremely ridiculous, I mean.. I'm starting to truly question how SE even decides winners, much less pick placements and what not for any of their contests now.
This is now the second time in a FFXIV contest that cheaters were found out. The last time was during the Starlight Screenshot contest where a blatant photo-shopped screen shot had actually won. Maybe they need to reconsider how they decide things like this, since this has now happened more than once.
