I don't really think it matters if it's disqualified or not, there's likely to be several dozen, or even possibly hundreds sent in with that exact same hairstyle. That goes for every important Kingdom Hearts/Final Fantasy character. :x

This is not a hairstyle discussion thread. It's a thread to make SE aware of the violations made in their contest by users submitting things that do not belong to them. So I ask you kindly to take the discussion to the other thread.

How could he submit a hairstyle (Roxas') that was designed by Square Enix employee? It should be disqualified anyway.

Slightly off/on topic at the same time but... this is extremely ridiculous, I mean.. I'm starting to truly question how SE even decides winners, much less pick placements and what not for any of their contests now.

This is now the second time in a FFXIV contest that cheaters were found out. The last time was during the Starlight Screenshot contest where a blatant photo-shopped screen shot had actually won. Maybe they need to reconsider how they decide things like this, since this has now happened more than once.
