So it seems like my FC got theirs EXCEPT me. I got a name change while waiting but I would imagine that wouldn't do anything seeing as it's supposed to be sent to the entire FC. I will continue to bump this EVERY day until I get my choker.

Looks like my FC got thiers too but I havent. Which is major bs considering I came up with a majority of the ideas for the video and am "second in command" for my FC.

We had one guy online at the time of my previous post that didn't get his mail.
But we also had many who weren't around at the time, including the FC leader of all people, also not get theirs.

Apparently they're being sent out in waves. Not per FC or anything, so just...hang tight?

Still haven't received my item. There's also FIVE separate threads in the Technical Support forum that are about the same exact issue. Tried contacting a GM in game but they told me they don't deal with prizes and for me to contact a "Community Manager". There is actually no actual way to contact this elusive "Community Manager" btw.

I don't find the in-game GM's to be very helpful at all, they give the typical canned responses. Here's hoping a forum mod will answer you.
