    What exactly am I suppose to say when I see a Bard not using WM in Duty/Party Finder? Nothing at all and deal with suboptimal run for no reason? Say something and risk being rude for pointing out the lack of WM?

    There are several ways to enlighten him about his or her mistake. Let him/her know it should be on and explain why.. You don't have to say it an a rude way or anything..
