    As a serious answer... they hinted that the next expac could have us visiting underwater locations. I'd really like to see what SE could do with that.

    As a really out there idea... a Tron-like Allagan computer system ：D

    Please, everything but underwater locations. No developer can ever get swimming right let alone underwater combat. It'll be a clunky unresponsive mess. No one wants to play that. I really hope they don't do that.

    I hate tron, can someone explain the fascination with that type of environment to me?
    As a side note I also despise people's facination with the whole steampunk thing as well so maybe it's a mental thing

    Isn't almost everything Allagan pretty much Tron? I mean, dark environment with glowy strips of bright blue, red or whatever else? Personally, I enjoy Allagan themed environments more than the usual FFXIV stuff, FFXIV is quite tame when it comes to fantasy so the environments are rather bland to say the least, and this stands out. If we could get something like Rivendell in FFXIV, I'd be all over it.
