what i understand when i played priston tale a years and years ago , 1kk = 1 million , 1k , one thousand

20kk , 20 million and 400k four hundred thousand

Seems like might be RMT involvement in your examples or someone who is trading gil between characters however if that was the case they are not very bright due to MB taxes which could be avoided if used a different method. No-one I know including myself gets more than baseline amount for the ones we catch and sell which on my server is around 50k. One of the most expensive minions on my server is gestahl among others but even that is only around 5-7mil.
