Fixed, or at least that's my expierence with PFIf you join a group with no description, then you will wipe many many times and everyone will leave.
If you you join a group that says "Have some experience, let's do this!", then you will wipe many many times and everyone will leave.
If you join a group that says "Clear group, looking to kill!", then you will wipe many many times and everyone will leave.
"Must have experience, not a learning group", Is someone looking to be carried
"Must have clear experience, do not join if you don't know what you're doing", Is someone looking to be carried
"Must have clear experience, anyone who is not 100% confident don't join" Is someone looking to be carried
"Must prove you have cleared, anyone who makes mistakes will be kicked" Is someone looking to be carried
"Must have multiple previous clears, must link achievement or gear to prove you've completed. One shot group. Mistakes = Kicked" Is someone looking to be carried![]()

You know that's not the reality. If if I want to farm a primal I will want only people with experience enough to make it a farming and proof they have said experience. I have no obligation to teach anyone if I don't want to or have no time. If a person aren't comfortable with the pf description the only solution is to move on and not join that group.

I can't count the number of times I've joined a PF for something that has "no noobs, no bonus, noobs get KICKED" only for the party leader to have the bonus and repeatedly get killed =/
I stopped joining those parties after a few too many times. I'm so glad 3.0 doesn't have anything so far that I need to use the PF for besides recruitment and FATE parties.

I never join groups, I only make PF parties. If I'm learning then I set a learning PF, if I know the fight but need the kill I set a Kill Group for people with experience (removing those whom visibly have no idea what they're doing), if I've done the fight some times already and want loot I set a farm group (again, removing those who don't fit into the group's specifications). It's simple, nobody feel cheated out their time with dumb wipes and everybody gets their loots. It also helps building good reputation, sometimes instead of set PF recruitments I just check my friendlist, that when I'm not just getting constant tells asking if we're setting up some farming.
I also believe people would have a much better gaming experience if, instead of coming to the forums to complain about how others are playing their game, they would call the responsibility to themselves and start creating their own PF groups. But maybe it's just easier to keep making countless threads complaining about the same things.
