TO DEVS: Remove 2 Minute Kick Out during the 3 minute wait on the Match Wait phase

Keeps people active for when the game starts. Players being afk 1 minute into the start can have a negative impact on the match. Simple solution, go poop before you queue.

And potentially miss the queue I've been waiting over 30 minutes for? No thanks.

Personally, I'm always active in the pre-match setup. If we don't have healers(/have inactive healers), I put up protect and stoneskin on the party. If we have active healers, I put stoneskin on the pets. If the pets have stoneskin, I find the pets in the other parties and put stoneskin on them. With my abilities, I can always find something to do, but not every class is like that. I don't think a DPS should get punished for getting up to get a drink, when their being at the keyboard for the opening two minutes doesn't affect the match in any way, shape or form.
