i seen alot of players complain about the cards but like the mechanic so i thought of an interesting way how to make cards less clunky and feel like u actually have a Hand to play with so here goes
Draw
30 sec recast
Draw a card and hold with Enhance Buff
Royal Road
30 sec recast
Draw a card and hold with Extend buff
Spread
30 sec recast
Draw a card and hold with Expand Buff
Shuffle
90 sec recast
Send all cards back to the deck and redraw one card at random
So with this idea it would make us hold up to 3 cards in total but all random with effects attached to them this will allow us to make the perfect hand by either using our cards or to Shuffle our entire hand and try again to build our hand so in theory it would look like this
Draw = Balance
Royal road = Spear
Spread = Spire
Now with this hand Balance is in a good spot but Spire and Spear is not now i can either use shuffle to remake my hand or i can use Balance and then use shuffle to recreate my hand ... so i decided to use balance and reshuffle my deck and this what would happen
Draw = On cooldown
Royal Road = Bole
Spread = On cooldown
Now u see that i have Bole in royal road and my other two skills are on cooldown even though i use Balance on a dps to increase there damage with this set up if your lucky u may have at less 1 card always in play
This idea is to bring more flexibility with making decision with our cards even with the random factor to them no matter what we will at less have 1 or 2 useful card to play and if your lucky you may have a straight perfect hand and when this happens you will feel epic, This was also to stop players doing the whole removing cards or using royal road to burn useless cards away to force draw to go on cooldown i seen alot of AST do this and i also do this myself, normally if i draw spire at start of fight i would click the card off to force draw to go on cooldown so i dont have to waste shuffle cooldown
well this was my idea people may pick at it but i would like this to happen because i do like the random card mechanic but i would love to actually make my hand with my deck and make more decisions whilst making my perfect hand to use in battle
