Gearing , how does it work?

Step 1: follow MSQ( main story quests)
Step 2: level from 50-60
Step 3: do your roulettes for Eso and Law tomes
Step 4: Equip the best you got, save your Eso for weapon first; Chest 2nd
Step 4: Spend Law on Weapon, then chest, then start replacing lowest ilvl to hit 170.
Step 5: run Alexander Normal weekly for your i190 pieces. Spend extra law upgrading your your 170s to 180s.
Step 6: Pvp- because it's fun
Step 7: buy your Eso weapon and go run savage Alexander

is there a need to craft the lvl 50 weapon relic thingy? also is there a step by step gearing guide? thanks all for your kind answers
