    The only problem enochian and fire IV have is the random performance based on the target. If you do not have to move then you will be able to perform your highest DPS but if you start moving then your DPS drops considerably. BLM DPS is comparable to other jobs even when they don't move thus they can't offset the disadvantage of moving.

    I think this issue can be fixed by making Fire IV instant cast since then you can freely use it while moving.

    Fire IV being instan cast would be overpowered in both pve and pvp.
    Blizzard IV being instan cast would solve many issues though
