I'll admit that I quit for two months because of an issue I was having with my damage out. I play totally different now; one way being that I don't volunteer to join anything battle-related unless it's a 4-man dungeon.

That's insane. You don't have to be the best player to enjoy all the content. Sure, Extreme/Savages may be a pain, but even so you can ask in-game friends for a try. Volunteer, if they kick you, blacklist and queue again. I'm so done with elitist people irl and yet it seems we gotta handle this type of thing here too everyday.
