Add rewards to encourage healers in PVP?

The only thing worse than having no healers in your alliance is when you get a healer, breathe a sigh of relief, only to find out that the healer sucks and can't/won't keep anyone alive. I usually play as DRK (only other option atm is PLD), and, with a solid healer, I can cut lose and hold down nodes almost solo, or go on a rampage. Solid heals in my immediate party have landed me 7+ kills to ZERO deaths, so I get really disappointed when the healer is absent or just not up to snuff.
