BUG: Kick and rejoin mayhem [rant inside]

From the August 4th hotfixes:

•The Duty Finder has been adjusted so that players who have been vote-dismissed are not immediately available as candidates for rejoining the same party.

Note the "not immediately". This implies that there's some kind of timer, and once that timer ends, a player is free to rejoin the same party. Unfortunate, but it probably doesn't come up all that often unless (as was the case here) you end up dealing with a long string of kicks.

Not how I would have implemented it (I would have preferred the kicked person be unable to rejoin the party they were kicked from at all - none of this "not immediately" crap), but SE works in odd ways at times.
