    Do you have Photoshop? If so, play with "Levels" and the brightness/contrast.

    That looks great, thank you. What i'm trying to do with it is add a blur effect in the background so she feels like shes jump rushing at you. Sorry, I don't have photoshop, never got it

    It is basically an opensource equal (or nearly so) to Photoshop.

    I've been using Photoshop professionally since the late 90s, and I my friends on Gimp seem able to do as much and sometimes more than I can. Unfortunately for me I'm so trained by Photoshop that I struggle with Gimp's UI. But its well worth having even if you have Photoshop... because Photoshop is only sold on a subscription now... but you can just download the entire Gimp for free, even the source code if you're a developer.

    Personally I'm never buying a sub to Photoshop, and when my version finally gets too old, I'll be moving on to Gimp or whatever is around when that day comes.
