    Depends. If it's a custom sig, you will need some sort of paint program like paint or Photoshop or Corel Paint to open the file and adjust your pixel size to what is the max or min suggested by the site you wish to display it on.

    If you use a sig generator to create one for you then you can't adjust the size. Well you can but it's a little more work compared to the ones Ullr makes or others who create them.
