Is anyone else disappointed by the lack of Long Term Goals?

i dunno, i played 11 since NA release and i remember enjoying and flaunting my titles for being one of the NA servers first Vrtra Vanquisher, Tiamat & Jorm . but i sure do miss that Dragon Aery MPKs- or all the Drama while 3 of us 2-boxed and held Kings till the rest of the group arrived .
memory lane... and RIP Kraken Club Club! lol

Difference from the FFXI titles and titles in this game is that FFXI ones where actually more meaningful than here. I see people with the Nidhogg Slayer title running around in FFXIV and I just 'meh'.
