I had several jobs at (non crafted) BiS with either zeta or dreadwyrm weapon before 3.0 hit, but non of them were i131, despite having i130 in all slots and an i135 weapon, which was the maximum you could reach before the expansion.
My highest character at the time was i128, the calculation I made was:
6 left side, i130 = 780
5 right side, i130 = 650
2 weapon, i135 = 270
1700 / 13 = 130.769...

After rounding, 131, was i130 max result?
