Pure White Dye?

Are you receiving other (rare) dyes?
If not, you may need to increase the ilvl of your retainer.

If you ARE getting other dyes, just not the color you want, then it's just RNG and there's really not much else you can do about it.

Rare dyes are now available for trading in choco feathers, if you have some extra laying around and/or don't want a Twintania mount. I think they might also be available in the Cash Shop if you don't mind to spend a few bucks...?

I am curios, what's the difference between Snow White and Pure White ?
I know that Snow White is extremely white, no tint, how's Pure any better ?

They should put it into the Gold Saucer for 100MGP each, or increase the current RaF to 100 dyes for a feather. They're dyes, I find myself constantly switching colours around, especially dyeable weapons to fit the rest of my armour set. They shouldn't be something rare or obtainable in small amounts. .-.

Tend to agree with this. leaving it solely based on rng (rng that can potentially be 1000s of items, the majority of which are completely useless).. is not a very appealing route to take SE.

I have received the rare dyes a few times now but not nearly enough imo.

Its dye se, not top tier raid weapons...ease the titan grip a bit and either increase the odds of obtaining or provide an alternate way to obtain them for the majority of ppl ...GS was a great idea.

Strange, in your image the "snow white" is dirty looking. By no means snow white, and last time I used it I remember seeing it as clean white not that dirty look.

Looks that way to me in-game. The Snow White has always been a dull white, while Pure White is bright.

Either my memories are corrupt, or the pure white is even more pure or not affected by light mapping thus making it look better in any area.
Anyway, I barely use dyes anyway since most relevant gear (stats or glamour-wise) doesn't allow for it .

Pure white is the only dye that I never ever able to get it. I got all the other colors, but not this one...ever.

If you invited a Friend with the recruit a friend campain, you can trade 1 Gold Feather for 5 Pure White dyes

Be careful with this one. There are things you can get with Gold Feathers that are otherwise IMPOSSIBLE to get in-game, like the much-coveted Twintania mount. Pure White Dye may be hard to get in-game, but it is not impossible.

Be wary of the pitfalls of instant gratification!

I've had four retainers operating pretty much since the dyes were released, and have acquired around thirty Pure White Dyes (it's my most common dye drop) and an assortment of the other colors.
