By hitting the "Leave Duty" button you therefore break your agreement to run the content while accepting the games punishment rules.

So just curious, do you want SE to remove the option to leave the dungeon completely? Also remove your ability to logout? Oh, and if you force shutdown or pull out your internet it will destroy your computer so you can't do that either?

In seriousness, the DF lockout system is fine for deterring most people from abandoning ship for no good reason.
Though i would like it to be expanded into a stacking "strike" system, the more often you abandon Duties the longer that lockout gets. Resetting weekly, not daily. Though with a cap.

If couldn't tell, i hate ragequitters. Just do the content you just signed up for!
But hey, If you want to ragequit out of easy dungeons, I'll try to convince you not to but i can't/won't force you to stay. All i can do is ask you not to screw 3 other people out of their time.
In the end, I'll just get the replacement and finish it before you get your next queue anyways. /shrug

I'd say if someone leaves the group on you, you should have the option to vote to remove commendations.
