According to my CP calculations there is little difference between the two (IF you hit the break point so its only one careful). With this said I would prefer Jades way. But also one could do the Mark which may be better overall for specialist.

Oh no I didn't assume that. From your comment I assume you prefer the Mark rotation. I know quite a few people find it superior. Personally I have a number of reasons I am not fond of it. With this said as mentioned I plan on doing some other tests with it as it does have some interesting applications with the specialist whistle.

I use Makers Mark personally, but that's how I would do that rotation if I were using Muscle Memory.
