no nothing needs to be done expect removal of elitist pricks if you want a perfect party create it in party finder and then join simple as that..

as for that I refuse to use garuda because Ifrit is my more preferred and people get angry and hating cuz i play the way i want ... if people want a elitist game go to wow please ^_^

I understand why they don't want to do it, but then they put a dps check on all the content. Its counter productive.
