Offhands for casters?

It's a nice thought until you realize that's one more item you need to grind out/pray RNG drops (I support the idea by the way, just don't like the inevitable dilution it would cause to the loot tables >.>).

I believe it should be more of a class quest thing, there would be very few but would enhance your class and give options
