Beats me. I don't understand why people do it.
I always tell people not to rush, to play at their own pace, and to enjoy all that the game has to offer as they level up. After all, it's not the destination but the journey that's important.

Rushing might be pace they want and the philosophy you espouse is not universal.

Personally I feel that 20-30 goes by so fast anyways as long as your doing something...

I meant im tried forming parties but still get told not to do it and just SOLO how the hell can i solo with a rank 5 chocobo ? who doesnt have tanking or healing

did you learn any cross class abilities that might help like protect, cure, stoneskin and other buffs?

Hrm... You should have gone the healer route with your choco honestly ^^; Its the only one I found worth having IMO~

In Zodiark, I always find 2 or 3 people doing FATES in Costa del Sol. I even find some people in Southern Shroud.

I've had no issues getting my DRG from 1 to (currently) 54 within less than a month of extremely CASUAL playing.

Do your leveling roulette, do guildheists (they give a bonus for every new class you do them with AFAIK), do leves, and you should easily get to 30+, then you can start doing FATEs in Coerthas Central, and there is usually enough people for that, and after 40 you can join Northen Thanalan Zergfest.

then what leves to do for 23 ? i cant solo rope one cause range mobs kills my TBM
