That's unfortunate. I know maybe 7-8 FC houses that are dead in my ward, and I believe 3 in the personal housing district of a few wards in Mist. I haven't been to the Goblet or LB, but I find it a little ridiculous people spend the money and then just up and abandon the plots. I know one house in Mist has been abandoned for a good year since I moved into my spot. Hopefully they reconsider in the future.

There's an empty, unbuilt plot that someone have purchased couple of houses away, which has been empty for about a year.

My FC used to have a small house in Mist, and the houses next to us were never used, never furnished.

I only hope that when they implement the EU data center, they do a little server housekeeping and allow us one free server transfer. literally all they would need to do is put a superficial tag next to the server names (PvP ) (PvE) (RP) then you wouldnt have players unofficially labelling one or two servers then all those players flock to those servers. Had I known Balmung was going to have housing issues like this I never would have merged here from Fabul in 1.0

I think every server will have these issues soon. There's turnover in the game, and no way to evict and no addition of plots in any speedy way. It's inevitable that housing will run out everywhere, it's just a matter of time.

After scrounging up the money for a house on Leviathan (about 4m for a fifth class plot), I find I can't get one due to all the housing being taken.

Malboro sold out everywhere for months now, people relinquish small houses for around 10M, medium for 50-60M and large houses are relinquished for 300M+. i dont know how many plots will be added in the next residential district but i can already tell everything will be sold in the first hour after the patch.

This wouldn't be a problem if it was fully instanced/phased and there wasn't a limited supply.

I would apologize for being a downer, but considering every class is sure it's dead post xpack already I won't. At least the thing I'm talking about is real.

I'm making a list of servers where housing is impossible to get, because I feel it might be actually a p wide spread problem. If you are on a server where, due to all plots being gone or horrendous economic nightmares, you can't get a house, please respond and I'll update the OP.

Not only does Sargatanas have no empty lots, period, but sadly, well over half the paltry number of 1440 lots are now individual player owned, not FC owned!!
