    Well I deleted and re-downloaded the game still no fix well I hope support can help

    This happened to me the other day on my PS4,
    I switched on and was confronted with at first a total white screen, and then on further attempts the sign in screen with no sign in window at the top right hand corner,
    I had to reboot several times but eventually it worked and I haven't had a problem since, I didn't have to re-install, just do a total close down (not restart), try this a few times and it should sort itself out hopefully.

    Hello, i have the same problem with the sign in window at the right side not showing. So what exactly did you by rebooting specifically?

    I just reset my PlayStation to default I had to delete game then re install game
