Yeah... The only reason to get better crafting gear is to be able to craft even better crafting gear... DoW/DoM stuff is so not worth crafting now...

I agree, but I have to believe that this is future proofing us for something. Wouldn't be too surprised if new relic has some crafting tied to it like Zodiac did.

Maybe. But I think there's a lot of pointless grinding, like hours and hours of gathering for 3 minutes of crafting. All this grinding is terrible, and they're making it even worse by making it useless atm... my opinion is that all this effort can't be just for the sake of doing it or based on the hope that maybe we will use it...
