There are players who have invested in this class, and literally cannot play the game because of it.

The beauty of healing classes is that the gear associated with the roles is shared between the three. If they "literally cannot play the game because fo it" they should probably just swap to another healing class for the time being.

Changes take time, and telling SE just to "buff it" is stupid, because it might tilt healing too far to one spectrum and reduce the difficulty of actual difficult content.
