    Or how about when you use this, a node with the item you're after immediately pops and then it works like an unspoiled node. Much better than running around hoping the item you want pops.

    would be nice but im trying to come up with solutions that they might use. This would be changing the system to much imo.

    We shouldn't be endorsing "solutions" that are just crappy enough for them to use. We should be pushing for real solutions that make the game more enjoyable.

    Couldn't agree more. The system needs substantial changes, not a quick fix as OP suggested. (Which doesn't help much really)
