The Duty Finder has been adjusted so that players who have been vote-dismissed are not immediately available as candidates for joining a party.
Need to know what this means? Some think it means you can't join any party/dungeon while others think it means you will not get put back in the dungeon group you were dismissed from if you queue in progress. Which is it?
