Only sad thing is that I would sometimes ask party members to kick me so I could immediately return as a needed role. You could turn a 10 minute wait for a new tank into a 30 second wait for a new dps. Now you either abandon and get a lock-out, or get kicked and get a lock-out.

They should allow changing class in duty if a role is missing.

Perhaps they could simply allow changing role in a duty if all the other players consent (via a vote)?

Why would you want to be kicked if the tank was already gone?

Just fyi... you can leave without penalty at any point if the original group set up does not exist anymore even if your group became full again
