Bard's are fine, atm. Main problem is, people just need to take time to relearn their classes and learn to adapt to the changes, rather than demand SE make it more faceroll.

Wish this was the case. There's so many bards with so many different perspectives, I'm sort of getting tired of trying to put my perspective in to how WM does not mix well with how bard was designed in2.0

While I will agree that WM feels kinda contradictory to BRD's original design, I don't think it's at all job breaking. I'm enjoying my level 56 BRD (I main SMN), but I'm leveling MCH up as well just so I can give them a fair comparison. So far it's really just come down to whether I feel like singing songs with a bow or throwing a turret and shooting $#it in the face.
As a bard main who leveld machinist first, I'd say otherwise. It's completely pacebreaking for me when I have those frequent disconnects between my skill activations. It's one of the reason why I have a preference for ranged physical dps; they were typically the "faster" versions of a caster. With all the classes sharing the same GCD, BRD was able to be faster paced tha BLM in 2.0 because of their oGCD resets and weaving; Cast times prevent half of that half of the time and cause some fragmented disconnects when you double up on oGCDs because of a reset. While I will agree that WM feels kinda contradictory to BRD's original design, I don't think it's at all job breaking. I feel the same way, it's the main reason I'm posting less and lurking more. Mobility wise I'm not having any issues in Savage, and I happily achieved 970 on our last A1 (I know it can be better, I'm constantly learning). At this point I'm still not enjoying the fluidity behind Bard's toolset, and I'd love to see changes with EA and possibly more SS procs to increase mobility. Otherwise, my personal changes are rather selfish: better support tools so that our dps difference is justified.
Id be happy with just Iron Jaws being useable outside of WM. Or at least make it usable while moving. Kinda dumb having a couple seconds left on DOTs, going to reapply using IJ and losing it because you have to move to avoid an AoE. Im not one to usually whine about small delays in using SS or BL procs because of WM ... but missing out on Iron Jaws because it just happened to fall in line with a boss AoE attack is definitely a something that shouldnt happen IMO.
EA I dont see why it should be changed. Seems fine to me. I dont think encouraging players to play outside of WM is a good thing. When its time to move youre supposed to decide whether its better to change stance and good full old school mobility DPS or just move a little to avoid damage (maybe burn some oGCD's during).

Considering you can reapply your dots when the timer hits 4 OR less (it'll be 2 or less by the time the dots re-apply) you should practically always have enough time to refresh dots via IJ even with some dodging necessary.Id be happy with just Iron Jaws being useable outside of WM. Thats a safe spot yes, but its not always the case, sometimes BL procs, or SS, which take priority if you have time and lowers that window even more with having to move for what ever reason. Then what about having to move for much longer periods? Where getting out of WM is the better option? Having IJ would be much better.
Why do we need to charge magic hand-waving anyway?

No.
Either adapt or die.
