Really really sad that maintenence is 2 hours before normal time

I didn't say there was anything wrong with discussing/complaining on a video game forum. I'm here too. But using words like "really really sad" and "super bummed" for not getting a virtual shiny, when there so many other real problems in the world that we should be "really really sad" about, was a little over the top to me.

You're probably right that, like you, most video gamers "don't frigging care" about others' real problems. Guess that makes me a minority here, though I hope not.

But do those have to be mutually exclusive? He can't be sad about his video game, and also sad about bigger issues like that? o: I feel sad about world issues too, but that doesn't mean I can't also be disappointed or sad about things on my vidya gaemz.
