People who don't care enough to actually try hard to learn playing their job correctly will never improve no matter what learning tools you give them.

And then FFXIV becomes overrun with Elitist twits and people turn elsewhere to find a more casual friendly MMO....yeah good plan, almost as good as telling people to go back to WoW.
