As soon as you hit lvl 60 you have to fight Maat before you can use the DF or PF :P

Joking aside there needs to be an ingame parser for people to test out rotations etc. Will the people who don't care about how well they do use it? Ofc not. But there are enough people who do care and want to see how well they stack up against others players.
