I agree. Altho, you always run into the '' ermaghurd so offensive '' crowd if you design the gear sets even remotely different. People love to reject the notion that women and men are even remotely different, when there's very clear and undeniable general anatomical and skeletal traits. To the point where we even tend to move differently because of our hip movements. Simple standing positions for women can look natural, but unnatural when a man does it, because of our bone structure.
If they do a tighter fit, they'll be accused of sexualizing. Same thing if they show a bit of cleavage. Or so much as a single sign of chest curvature.
It would be cool if all of the robes didn't make our characters look like nuns. It's not as if this game has a lot of skimpy outfits to begin with. The immense majority of armor is fully covering in this game.
Wtb some tighter fit robes. Show off some form, you don't always have to look like a walking curtain. The flat robe silhouette is getting boring.
Dear lawd forbid that we don't dress like nuns all the time. Lawd forbid that any skin whatsoever show.
Sure, whatever. Expose that male chest too. I just don't want to look like a nun everytime I put on a robe because some people just love to believe that they have the right to tell me how to dress.

Ahh, so do you like the Alex healing gear then? I like the new Griffin set, however I still don't understand why the healing set is the Griffin while the bard/mch set is the unicorn. The unicorn has always been a creature that is more known for being a protective, healing like creature. Not to mention, conjurers even get a unicorn mount during one of their quests.
I don't much care for the Alex set. For example, here is how my SMN looks with glamour:Ahh, so do you like the Alex healing gear then? I very much prefer that to more robes, and I'll probably pick something similar for my healer glamour once I get to that point. As far as the new PvP set, I fully approve of the hood with /visor option, but I don't much care for the robes. A lot of things about the PvP set don't make sense (as you pointed out), and I don't much care either for MNK and NIN gear just being reskins so you have to spend double just to gear them up. Wouldn't mind if they looked different apart from color.
